Where do you send orders from?
We pack and ship our Eiffel Tower keychains from Paris, France. The photographs on this site show the keychains in front of the Eiffel Tower, taken by us in Paris.
Can I buy a set for myself or my family?
Of course. Choose a set of 3, 5, 10, 15 or 25. Keep a few for your own keys, share them with family and friends, or give them as small gifts.
Can I choose the colours?
Choose Mixed colours for an assortment, or Choose my colours for a specific selection. Enter the colour names and quantity of each in the Your colour choices field on the product page. The total should match the number of keychains in one set. For a mixed assortment, leave the field blank.
Are these working keychains?
Yes. Each metal Eiffel Tower comes with a key ring. You can also attach one to a bag or add your own ribbon to hang it on a Christmas tree. Ribbon and gift wrapping are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
We send orders from Paris to supported international destinations. Shipping options and costs depend on your delivery address and order size. Check the options available at checkout before paying. If your country is not listed, ask us before placing an order.
Can I order gifts for a team or an event?
Yes. Tell us how many keychains you need, your preferred colours, the delivery country and the date of your event. We will check stock and delivery options before confirming what we can offer.
Can you guarantee arrival for Christmas or a specific date?
Please contact us before ordering for a fixed date. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and postal service. We cannot promise an arrival date without checking the available options.
